Argument #2: Genetic Disease

Autism is a genetic disease, according to scientific research. Autism is an upsetting disorder and parents may feel the need to blame it on the MMR vaccine. Scientists have found links between certain chromosomal mutations and autism. Money is being raised all the time to support autism research. Several genetic scientists predict that within the next couple years more answers will come with the outbreak of advanced genetic testing.

If autism is a genetic disease, I do not believe there really is an argument as to whether or not the vaccine causes autism. On the other hand, I guess if one looks in a detailed manor, the vaccine could activate hidden or masked genes and in that manner autism could indirectly be a result of the vaccine. Directly, however, I suppose not. Anyway, I guess the best way to go with this argument is to dig into the idea that autism is a genetic disease, see what portion of the DNA is affected, and check to see if there is any way the vaccination could affect that.
